Home made sweets taste the best. Take, for example, fudge. These small cubes of pure pleasure are so much more than simple chocolate. You can mix just about any tasty ingredient in your basic mixture, designing new and even more appealing desserts. And here is one of all favorites, the best peanut butter fudge that is easy to make and perfectly delicious.

Some recipes are more complicated than others, and some are really simple. In any case, start with simple ones. You will need only a few minutes to make really lovely desserts, and the secret is definitely in high quality ingredients. Simple desserts can be equally tasty, or even more tasty than really complicated ones.

So, you have to prepare the base. This is usually done by simply combining three cups of good choco chips and one small can of sweetened condensed milk. Place these ingredients in a bowl, put the bowl in the microwave and leave it there until everything is melted. Stir and add three large spoons of some fine peanut butter.

Line the pan with foil or baking paper and pour everything in while still warm. Spread the mixture equally. Leave it to cool and keep in the fridge until hardens. Then, simply cut into different shapes, or simply into cubes, sprinkle with chopped peanuts, choco chips, decorative bits or something, and that's it.

Using this simple but tasty base, you can design numerous extraordinary types of fudge. You may mix some crushed peanuts in, or your favorite kind of chocolate chips, or even small pieces of soft caramel, and you will get entirely different, but equally tasty desserts. If you sprinkle crushed nuts on the mixture while it is still warm, they will stick to it better.

Caramel is simply perfect addition to one good choco peanut fudge. Making your own caramel is easy, so give it a try. Put two cups custard sugar in some pan and place it over low heat to caramelize. It's important not to stir until caramelized, but you should shake the pan every once in a while, just to make sure everything is equally caramelized. Now it is the time to add a can of condensed milk and to stir until done.

So, now you've prepared the caramel. Simply add chocolate in. In this case, it is easier to use melted chocolate of your choice. Add peanut butter, maybe two or three spoons, and smooth it all together. Now it's a good time to add chopped peanuts as well. You may add one cup, or more, or less, it's up to you. In any case, the most difficult part is to wait until this dessert is hard enough to start cutting and eating it.

There are numerous variations you will enjoy discovering. For example, when you use full cream instead of condensed milk, and add a little bit of butter in, you might be surprised how much smoother your dessert will be. Sometimes such recipe might require more chocolate to get hard enough, but the taste is unbelievable. Since condensed milk is usually more sweet, you might need to add some sugar in.
