Type 2 diabetes may also come into being as a result of insulin resistance due to constantly elevated blood sugar.

A lot of people cope with stress in all kinds of unhealthy ways. Many end up consuming alcohol excessively or smoking cigarettes in order to attain comfort. There are also those who end up abusing illegal drugs in order to escape stressful situations. Opting for unhealthy foods is the strategy preferred by some, and it's something that can lead to obesity and many other serious health concerns.
